There are different forms of sun blinds and other small tips to protect the interior of our car. Let's find out together.
With the arrival of summer and heat, we need to protect the interior of our car. In fact, UV rays can seriously damage the plastics of the dashboard and the fabrics. Clearly, immediate damage is not created, but accumulated over time. In other words, you have to wait many years to see the direct consequences.
There are different forms of sun blinds for the front window and beyond. The most famous is the one with an accordion opening. It can be placed both indoors, but also outdoors. The benefits of an outdoor positioning are linked to the ease and immediacy of application. Simply put the ends of the sunshade inside the front doors. In this way, no one can go and steal the sunshade. Alternatively we can put it inside the car and block it with suction cups or alternatively the front flaps that all cars have.
These curtain shapes can be both reflective, but also made from plain cardboard. The advice is to buy sun blinds to be placed outdoors with a reflective finish.
In this way the UV rays are not able to enter the car and therefore the temperature of the latter does not increase. In fact, if you put the sunshade inside the car, a minimum of UV rays would enter and this would lead the car to overheat the passenger compartment.
These forms of sun blinds can be placed not only on the front window, but also on all other windows . In this way it is possible to preserve the discoloration of the fabrics but also problems to the plastics.
Clearly these are procedures to be done in a minimum of time and therefore we recommend them if we have to go to the sea and leave the car stationary for several hours in the sun. Always remember that it is good to place the sun blinds even if the car is under a tree, as the sun filters through the leaves and branches throughout the day.
There are also sunshades that roll up and allow for more practical operation. They can also be hidden and are therefore more useful in all those situations that we do not want to see this aspect. In this case we are talking about terndine not reserved for the front window.
There are also custom-made sun blinds , which can be positioned on the rear windows and rear window. In this way it is perfectly possible to keep the car protected from sunlight. These curtains also manage to have an air change situation so that the vehicle can be ventilated. These tendons manage to be optimal even while driving. In fact, they allow you to have a suitable internal temperature, even without having the air conditioning on.
In addition, there are also some kind of "dark socks" to be applied over the single door. The aim is clearly to create a protective barrier that allows you to have protection from the sun and also from high temperatures. In this way it is possible to have an optimal situation with a few euros. In fact, the latter can be found on any ecommerce site for a few tens of euros. They obviously exist of various sizes and characteristics at best between small medium or large structures. They cannot clearly be placed above the front doors (for a visibility talk)
Alternatively, if we really don't have sun blinds, we can protect the steering wheel and dashboard by placing a fabric sheet. It's the old dashboard protection mode. We are also talking about comfort, as driving a car with a very hot steering wheel is certainly something unpleasant.
