On the A8 Milan-Varese there are currently tails at times due to heavy traffic, particularly near Milan. The congestion situation extends between the A8/A9 Lainate-Chiasso junction and the A8/A4 Turin-Trieste junction.

To ensure a better travel experience, we recommend:

  • Entering towards Milan: use the Milano Ghisolfa exit coming from the A4 Turin-Trieste.

  • Recommended exit for those coming from Varese: A8/Tangenziale Ovest di Milano junction.

It is recommended to pay attention and maintain due caution when approaching congested areas, to respect speed limits and road signs.
