On the A1 Milan-Naples, heavy traffic is reported due to an accident that occurred near Sasso Marconi Nord. Currently, there is a 6 km queue between the junction for the A1 Variante and Sasso Marconi Nord.

To ensure a safe and smooth journey, the following alternative routes are recommended:

  • Entry towards Bologna: it is recommended to enter via Bologna Casalecchio on the A1-A14 Bologna Casalecchio junction.

  • Recommended exit coming from Florence: it is recommended to exit at Sasso Marconi.

All road users are advised to pay maximum attention and follow the instructions provided by the bodies responsible for road safety.
