Starting from October 29, 2024 until February 28, 2025, the SS7 Via Appia will be affected by an alternating one-way system due to work in progress. The change in traffic flow will extend between the A16 intersection for Raccordo di Benevento and the Casello Avellino Est A16 Napoli-Canosa intersection.

This measure has been adopted to ensure the safety of operators and road users. Motorists are advised to pay particular attention to temporary signs and to moderate their speed to avoid slowdowns and potential accidents.

It is therefore noted that:

• Work start period: from 29 October 2024
• Completion date: 28 February 2025
• Section affected: SS7 Via Appia between the A16 intersection for Benevento junction and the Avellino Est A16 Napoli-Canosa toll booth intersection

Motorists are advised to plan their journeys taking into account possible slowdowns and to use alternative routes when possible.
