On part of the A9 Lainate-Como-Chiasso there are major works in progress, with the Como Centro entrance closed to traffic until 05:00 on 12 January 2025. This closure affects both directions and could cause unavoidable inconvenience to motorists.

To ensure greater fluidity and safety, we recommend using the following alternative entrances:

• Towards Lainate: use the Fino Mornasco entrance.

• Towards Switzerland: the recommended entrance is Chiasso.

We ask all motorists to pay particular attention and plan their journeys taking into account these changes to the road system.
