On the SS4 Via Salaria, road widening works are underway which will result in a significant reduction of the carriageway. The works will begin at 07:00 on 12 January 2024 and will end at 18:00 on 31 January 2025. The work will take place between the Fara in Sabina Crossroads and the Rome and Rieti Province Border Crossroads.

These changes to the road system may cause delays and slowdowns in traffic; therefore, motorists are advised to pay particular attention and to respect the temporary signs present along the route.
