We report an important update on traffic on the SS640 of Porto Empedocle. Due to work in progress, a circulation ban for heavy vehicles has been established along the specified stretch.

The details relating to the closure are as follows:

• Affected stretch: From the Caltanissetta intersection - Branch for Imera and SS122bis to the Imera station intersection - Branch for Imera and SS626.
• Banking periods: From 12:00 on 1 March 2023 to 12:00 on 19 December 2024.

All motorists, especially drivers of heavy goods vehicles, are advised to plan alternative routes and pay particular attention to the signs along the routes. Safety is a priority, so everyone is asked to avoid the work area and respect the bans to ensure the smooth running of operations.
