Starting from 12:00 on 16 December 2024 and until 20:00 on 31 January 2025, the SS106 Jonica will undergo a significant reduction of carriageway at the height of the Bucchi Crossing. During this period, a circulation ban is planned for heavy vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tonnes and for those with a width greater than 2.80 metres.

These measures have been adopted due to work in progress that could affect normal traffic flow in the area. It is essential to pay attention to road signs and follow the instructions provided to ensure the safety of all road users.

We suggest:

• Check alternative routes to avoid congestion.
• Reduce speed and maintain a safe distance between vehicles.
• Be patient in case of slowdowns and do not overtake stationary vehicles, to avoid accidents.
