Due to ongoing work, a section of the A8 Milan-Varese motorway near Gallarate has been closed. The closure affects the carriageway between Besnate and the junction for the A8-A26/A8 MI-VA branch and will continue until 12 December 2024.

For motorists heading towards the Milan-Varese motorway, we recommend using the Busto Arsizio exit to access the A8.

It is essential to pay attention to road signs and alternative routes indicated, in order to ensure your own safety and that of other road users. It is recommended to plan your journeys well in advance and to take into account possible traffic jams in the surrounding areas.
