There are major roadworks underway on the A1 Milan-Naples, which will involve the closure of a stretch of road near Barberino. The closure will take place between the A1-Variante and Aglio junction, at kilometer 255, and will be active until 06:00 on 28 November 2024.

Motorists are advised to pay particular attention and plan their journeys in advance. For those heading towards Florence, the recommended entrance is Pian Del Voglio on the A1.
