The current situation concerns the stretch between 9.865 km after Incrocio Gigliotto (merging with the SS124 Siracusana) and 265 metres before Incrocio Ponte Tavole (intersection with the SS417 Di Caltagirone) in the direction of Incrocio Gela (SS115 Sud Occidentale Sicula).
