On the A1 Milan-Naples, the presence of heavy fog is reported near Ceprano, with visibility reduced to only 100 metres. The stretch between Colleferro and Ceprano is proving particularly problematic for driving.

In these conditions, all drivers are advised to follow a few simple rules to ensure their own safety and that of others:

• Reduce speed: Adjust your speed to the visibility conditions.

• Use dipped headlights: Activate dipped headlights to improve visibility without dazzling other drivers.

• Maintain a safe distance: Increase the distance from the vehicle in front, to have more time to react.

• Do not stop in lane: In case of difficulty, try to move to a place safe.

Road users are advised to pay attention and travel with caution.
