A road accident occurred along the SS106 Jonica, precisely at the intersection with the Chiatona Station. The accident involved several vehicles and occurred while the cars were headed towards the Taranto intersection.

Due to the episode, slowdowns and possible disruption to traffic have been reported. The competent authorities are already on site to manage the situation and clear the roadway.
