The SS512 del Lago di Cavazzo has new indications regarding traffic conditions. Starting from midnight on November 15, 2024 and until 23:59 on April 15, 2025, it will be mandatory to have snow chains on board or use winter tires. This provision is valid in the section from the intersection with the SS52 Carnica to the Alesso intersection.

To ensure road safety during the winter months, all motorists are reminded to comply with these measures. The presence of snow and ice could make the road surface treacherous and, therefore, having the right equipment can make the difference in terms of safety.
