This morning, the situation on the A14 Bologna-Taranto roads is complicated due to the presence of fog, which significantly reduces visibility. In particular, problems have been reported near the A14/A16 junction and between Cerignola Est and the A14/A16 Napoli-Canosa junction, where visibility has dropped to 100 metres.

To ensure the safety of all road users, it is highly recommended to:

• Reduce speed: maintain a more cautious pace in case of fog.

• Use dipped headlights: turn on the headlights even during the day to improve visibility.

• Keep a safe distance: increase the distance from the vehicle in front to have time to brake if necessary.
