Due to ongoing work, an important section of the A9 Lainate-Como-Chiasso is currently closed. In particular, the closure concerns the segment between Lake Como and Como Centro, which will remain inaccessible until 05:00 on 16 October 2024.

To ensure safety and traffic flow, it is recommended to follow the alternative exits and entrances. Vehicles arriving from Como Centro are advised to use the recommended entrance towards Lainate, while those arriving from Switzerland should plan to exit at Lago di Como.

For proper management of the journey, it is recommended to pay particular attention to road signs and to consider any waiting times or diversions.
